• This EULA applies to your acquisition and use of our MPVP Software Suite (the “Software”) owned by us, whether you obtain it directly from plugin download channels, via forwarding by others, or through other means.
• By downloading, activating authorization for, clicking "Accept", installing or using the MPVP Software Suite or any of our services, or by clicking to accept this EULA, you agree to be bound by this EULA. This EULA grants you a license to use the MPVP Software Suite and contains warranty information and liability disclaimers. Therefore, please read it carefully.
• If you are a minor and have difficulty understanding these terms and conditions, please ask your parent or legal guardian to explain them to you, especially when your parent or legal guardian accepts all terms on your behalf and assumes responsibility for you.
• If you register for a free trial version of this Software, this EULA shall also apply to such trial version.
• If you enter into this EULA on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity and its affiliates to these terms and conditions. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this EULA, please do not install or use the Software, and you shall not accept this EULA.
• This EULA applies solely to the Software we provide herein, regardless of whether other software is mentioned or described herein. These terms also apply to any updates, supplements, Internet-based services and support services we provide for the Software, unless such items are accompanied by other terms at the time of delivery.
• Please remember to review this agreement from time to time(the online version shall prevail), as we may update these terms and conditions, and such updates shall take effect upon your next use of our services.

Grant of License:

• We hereby grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the MPVP Software Suite on your devices in accordance with the terms of this EULA.
• You may load the MPVP Software Suite onto devices under your control (e.g., PC, laptop, mobile phone or tablet). You are responsible for ensuring that your devices meet the minimum requirements of the Software and for updating the version in a timely manner before the Software expires.

You Shall Not:

• Edit, alter, modify, adapt, translate, copy or otherwise change the whole or any part of the Software; nor permit the whole or any part of the Software to be combined with or incorporated into any other software; nor decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the Software, or attempt to do any of the foregoing.
• Copy, duplicate, distribute, resell or otherwise use the Software for any commercial purposes.
• Use the Software for any activities that may violate local, national or international laws.
• Use the Software for any activities that may damage the legitimate rights and interests of others.
• Compromise the security of the Software, or subject the Software to malicious damage, virus attacks or similar activities, in which case you shall be solely responsible.
• Transmit any illegal, defamatory or offensive content in connection with your use of the Software.
• Use the Software for any purposes that we deem to be a breach of this EULA.

Use at Your Own Risk and Limitation of Liability:

• We will endeavor to provide you with high-quality functional services, but unforeseen scenarios may still occur due to different environments. Therefore, you need to back up your data in advance using version control tools such as 'git' / 'svn' to avoid losses.
• The central repository search function accesses data in accordance with 'robots.txt'. If the official central repository updates its policies or notifies us to stop requests, we will cooperate to disable this service immediately. Please be advised.
• When using the Nexus repository search function, you shall only access your own internal Nexus private repository resources; otherwise, you shall be solely responsible for all consequences.
• "Product Recommendations" is a monetization method for the plugin, mainly used to support the frequency of free trial updates for the plugin. Promotion links are from Taobao/JD; please place orders to support us as needed. Promotion links may not be updated in a timely manner or the corresponding activities may expire, so please refer to the actual page. In case of product-related issues, you shall be solely responsible and contact customer service on the original product platform for resolution.
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, force majeure or consequential losses or damages arising from negligence of any features, including but not limited to data loss, system failure, service interruption, economic loss, damage to goodwill, etc. You shall be solely responsible for such losses or damages.

Support Services:

• We do not warrant that the Software is free from errors or that its operation will be uninterrupted.
• When you encounter problems, you may report defects/issues and provide relevant attachments, and we will make our best efforts to resolve them for you.

Privacy Protection:

• Currently, the Software only adopts anonymous offline activation and will not collect any information from you.
• The generation of Software Machine SerialNumber relies on system device information as an activation and authorization identifier (used solely for identifying device identity and not involving sensitive information).
• To obtain activation and authorization, you are required to provide the Software serial number, a valid order transaction number for confirmation, and an email address to receive and update activation authorization documents subsequently.

Intellectual Property and Ownership:

• We shall at all times retain ownership of the Software you originally downloaded and all subsequent versions of the Software you download. The Software (including copyright and any other intellectual property rights of any nature therein, including any modifications thereto) is and shall at all times remain the property of the Software Owner.
• You have no right to request the source code of the Software due to any defects or other reasons.
• We reserve the right to grant licenses to use the Software to third parties.

Termination:

• This EULA shall take effect on the date you first use the Software and shall remain in effect until termination.
• You may terminate this agreement at any time by giving us written notice. Without prejudice to any other rights, this EULA shall also terminate immediately without further notice if you fail to comply with any of the terms and conditions herein. Upon termination, the license granted under this EULA shall immediately terminate, and you agree to cease all access to and use of the Software.
• All provisions of this EULA relating to disclaimers of warranties, limitation of liability and the like shall survive the termination of this EULA and remain in full force and effect.

Miscellaneous:

• We may determine the method of activation and authorization in our sole discretion.
• During the activation and authorization process, to ensure the validity of the transaction, we may conduct re-verification or adjust the authorization verification method, and you shall cooperate to further confirm the activation. During the verification period, you may continue to use the original functions but certain restrictions may apply. In case of any issues, we will actively cooperate with you to resolve them.
• We may assign our rights and obligations under this EULA to other entities, which shall not affect your rights and obligations under this EULA. You shall not assign any rights or obligations under this EULA to any other person without our prior written consent.
• Each term of this EULA is independently valid. If any court or competent authority deems any term illegal or unenforceable, the remaining parts of this EULA shall continue to be in full force and effect.
• If there is a conflict between the terms of this EULA and the terms of use, the terms of this EULA shall prevail.
• Our failure to insist on your performance of any obligation under this EULA, or our failure to enforce our rights against you, or any delay in doing so, shall not constitute a waiver of our rights against you, nor shall it mean that you are not required to comply with such obligations.

Governing Law:

• This EULA and any dispute arising out of or in connection with this EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Country].
